They will be peer-reviewed in the same way as well. Short papers will be presented as posters, demos or videos. They will be published in the proceedings of the conference by  Springer International Publishing as part of the Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence series (LNAI), a topical subseries of the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). The proceedings of the conference are indexed by SpringerLink and Scopus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors can submit their manuscript in PDF format following&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\/conference-proceedings-guidelines\">Springer\u2019s author\u2019s guidelines<\/a>&nbsp;either for LaTex or Word. Springer\u2019s proceedings LaTeX templates are also available in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.overleaf.com\/latex\/templates\/springer-lecture-notes-in-computer-science\/kzwwpvhwnvfj#.WsdHOy5uZpg\">Overleaf<\/a>. Short papers should be of 6 pages, references included. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-global-color-8-color\">New! Now two additional pages are allowed for short papers for an extra cost of 350 DKK per page.<\/mark> The front page must contain the title of the paper, full name(s) and address(es) of the author(s) and the appropriate academic field(s). Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. All short papers will be refereed by the program committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Short papers could adhere to the following content categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Late-breaking reports<\/strong> &#8211; which should address timely problems in the community and representing content which is not yet mature enough for a full paper, but which is thought to will have impact on social robotics in the future.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Demos<\/strong> &#8211; authors might bring demonstrations of working robotic prototypes or physical representations of important concepts in social robotics to the conference. They should be accompanied by submissions describing these prototypes in a short paper format. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Video<\/strong> submissions will also be accepted which demonstrate problems, concepts or solutions to relevant issues in social robotics. Videos should also be accompanied by short papers describing their importance and giving wider context to the video itself.  Videos should not be more than 5 minutes long.
