Poster and Presentation Guidelines

There are three modes of presentation of papers at ICSR24: poster, teaser+poster or oral.

Posters

If your paper appears in any of the poster sessions in the program (PS), then you should prepare, print out and bring a poster to the conference.

The size of your posters should be A0 (831mm x 1189mm) in portrait mode. Smaller prints are acceptable as well, but A0 is preferred. We will provide means of attachment. Posters should be hung in the morning of your day of presentation and taken down in the evening.

If you prefer to print the poster in Odense, you can do that commercially. For example you could use the services of Vester Kopi where the price for an A0 matte poster should be around 450DKK. They are located in the downtown area of Odense, not far from the conference venue.

Teaser talks + posters

If your paper appears in one of the Teaser talk sessions in the program (TS) then in addition to preparing a poster (see above) you should also send in a one-page teaser slide for your paper which you will have 1 minute to present in your assigned Teaser session. Your slide should be in PDF format and ideally have the “Widescreen” size found in PowerPoint (33,8cm x 19cm 16:9). Please send them to icsr@sdu.dk with the subject: [Teaser talk]. The name of the file should be your paper’s ID number, which you received in your decision letter.

Oral presentation

If your paper is in one of the Regular sessions (RS), then you should prepare a 10 minute presentation and expect 4 minutes of Q&A. We recommend using a slide presentation which you can bring along on your computer. We can guarantee an HDMI connection. If your computer has any other type of connection, please bring along an adapter just in case we don’t have the right one.
